1、 Overview:

Tnda series sealed gas emergency shut-off valve (gas solenoid valve) of Chengdu Tenda Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tenda company) is a safety emergency shut-off device for gas pipeline. It can be connected with the gas leakage alarm system or with the fire control and other intelligent alarm control terminal modules, so as to realize the on-site or remote automatic / manual emergency cut-off of gas source and ensure the gas pipeline transportation and gas safety. The product conforms to gb3836.1-2010 explosive environment Part 1: General requirements for equipment and gb3836.9-2006 electrical equipment for explosive gas environment Part 9: pouring and sealing type "m"; the product has the advantages of quick cut-off function, good sealing performance, low power consumption, high sensitivity, reliable action, convenient use, etc. The opening valve shall be manually opened to meet the safety management specifications and the characteristics of accident handling.

5、 Working principle:

This solenoid valve is in the off state at the factory. When the installation is completed, turn on the power supply, the solenoid valve linkage box will give a closing signal, and then the coil will be powered on to generate magnetic force, and the solenoid valve will be closed; after the accident is eliminated and the safety is confirmed, manually pull up the handle of the solenoid valve, and the solenoid valve will be opened.

6、 Main parameters:

1. Applicable gas: natural gas; liquefied petroleum gas; artificial gas, etc.

2. Rated voltage: type A is AC220V; type B is AC220V or DC24V.

3. Power: type a standby 1W, action 1W; type B DC standby 0W, action 15W, type B AC standby 0W, action 83w.

4. Input mode: type a passive control signal access; type B power on and off (unable to power on for a long time)

5. Cut off time: < 1s.

6. Working temperature (environment): - 20 ℃ ~ 60 ℃.

7. Working pressure: ≤ 1.6Mpa (see nameplate for details).

8. Nominal pressure: 1.6Mpa.

9. Relative humidity: ≤ 93%.

10. Explosion proof sign: exmbii T6 GB (sealed).

11. Outgoing line length: 1m.

12. Sealing material: NBR.

13. Valve body material: aluminum alloy.

7、 Operating instructions:

1. Valve closing mode:

The gas leakage alarm system, fire control and other intelligent alarm control terminal modules connected with the solenoid valve send out closing signals, and the valve will close quickly; in case of emergency, the operator can manually unscrew the dust cover, and manually press the valve stem (about 50N) to close.

2. Valve opening mode:

After troubleshooting, pull up the handle with manual force to open the valve and keep the valve open.

Note: when opening the valve, if it is difficult to lift the handle upward, use a slotted screwdriver to loosen the pressure relief rod anticlockwise, so that the inlet and outlet pressures at both ends of the valve are balanced, and then pull up the valve rod after balancing, and then tighten the pressure relief rod clockwise. Avoid rough operation to avoid damage to the valve opening actuator.

When the valve is cut off, it must be confirmed manually on site. Only after the hidden danger of accident is eliminated can the valve be opened manually and the power on ventilation be restored.

8、 Precautions for explosion protection:

1. The reserved length of cable is 1m,

2. The free end of the cable shall be placed in the equipment suitable for the environment.

9、 Installation requirements:

1. The valve installation unit shall have corresponding qualification and install according to relevant gas pipeline construction specifications.

2. It is recommended to install the manual ball valve in the front section of the solenoid valve for maintenance.

3. The solenoid valve shall be installed in a place convenient for cleaning and operation.

4. It shall be installed according to the air flow direction indicated on the valve body, and it is allowed to install it horizontally and vertically above DN100.

5. The control line of solenoid valve shall be connected correctly and reliably.

6. When purging the pipeline, it is recommended to isolate the solenoid valve so as to prevent the sundries in the pipeline from damaging the valve sealing materials.

7. Before pressure test and sealing performance test, the solenoid valve shall be in the open state.

8. When opening the valve manually, it is advisable to operate when the pressure at the inlet and outlet of the valve is balanced.

9. Do not open the cover with electricity.

10. When the free end of the solenoid valve is connected in a dangerous place, it shall be protected with explosion-proof type in accordance with gb3836.1.

Note: the electrical equipment installed in dangerous places shall comply with the provisions of gb3836.15.

10、 Wiring requirements of solenoid valve:

The wiring of industrial solenoid valve shall be as shown in the figure below. The wiring must be correct, firm and reliable, and the protective measures for wiring shall be taken.
